LINUX SAMBA FILE SERVER FOR WINDOWS DESKTOPS

Depending on the size of your organisation you may already be Sharing files & folders amongst users on your network, at the simplest level this could be allowing share access to one or more folders on your desktops computers. Would you like more control of file access or would you like your users to be able to log in to any desktop and still have access to their files, emails and other applications?

We can supply a File Server for your network providing simple shared folder access up to giving your users “roaming profiles” which can allow your users to login to any desktop within your office via “domain controller” capabilities. Our Server installs are provided with a simple to use web interface which allows easy addition of new users and groups to your network. Servers can be installed on existing hardware (after compatibility checks) or we can quote for a complete server with installation and set-up.

In addition our Servers can be tailored to providing email, print & other services for your computer network. Due to our use of Samba and Ubuntu Linux there are no complicated software licenses to deal with.
